Fee Schedule
Roof inspection/adjuster meeting fees
- $175 – 9/12 pitch and below
- $250 – 12/12 and over
- $200 – 10/12 – 11/12 pitch
- Inspections outside of the DFW Area will incur additional fees; please contact for quote
- Inspections are NOT included in supplement/ estimate fee, these will be billed in addition
Interior inspection/adjuster meeting fees
- $175 Inspection/adjuster fee
- One inspection is included at no charge on each supplement
Supplement Fee Schedule – projects that already have an insurance approved estimate
- 10% fee of the total approved supplement
- Any supplement/estimate awarded under $1,000.00 will incur a flat fee of $150 - OR 5% fee of total approved estimate (this applies only to minor roof repairs where 50% or less of the roof is approved)
Estimate Fee Schedule – projects that do NOT have an insurance approved estimate
- 5% fee of the total approved repair estimate
- 5% fee of the total approved mitigation estimate or $250 minimum
Claim Appraisal Fee
- Field appraisal - $1,500.00
- Desk appraisal - $750.00
- Umpire - $1,500.00
- Loss Large & Commercial - time and expense
Virtual Tours
- Set-up: $0.15 per sq. ft., includes first month
- Monthly Fee: $50.00
Homeowner Policy Review
- Review Fee: $75.00
